    Haytham Qasim Tahir
    Salih Munassar al-Siyali
    Salih Ubayd Ahmad
     
  • Ten years imprisonment:
    Qasim Yahya Qasim
    Salih Muthanna Askar
    Muhammad Ali al-Qayrahi
     
  • Ten years (suspended):
    Abd al-Rahman al -Jifri
  • Seven years (suspended):
    Sulayman Nasir Mas'ud
     
  • Five years (suspended):
    Anis Hasan Yahya
    Salim Muhammad Abdullah Jubran
     
  • Three years (suspended):
    Ahmad Ubayd Bin Dazr
     
  • Acquitted:
    Qasim Abd al-Rabb Qasim
    Salih Shaykh
The accused were all leaders of the secession attempt in 1994. They all live in exile and were tried in their absence. The Yemeni authorities are believed to be seeking their extradition.
